• GST -5% will be applicable on the total package Cost.

• Tax and Fuel Surcharge- Any increase in taxes or fuel surcharges will be applicable.
• Personal Expenses- Expenses of a personal nature that are not included in the regular menu such as:
  • Tips
  • Telephone charges
  • Porterage
  • Laundry charges
  • Liquor
  • Mineral water
  • Food and drinks outside the provided meals
• All types of tips to drivers, guides, representatives, etc.
• Any deviation from the planned itinerary may incur additional charges.
• Fees for tour guide services are not included unless specified.
• Any service not specified in the inclusions list is not covered by the package.
• TAI will not be responsible for emergencies such as landslides, strikes, curfews, accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights, etc.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

• Please reach the airport 2 hours before flight departure. TAI will not be responsible if guests miss their flights.
• Tourists are required to strictly follow the tour schedule.
• Please re-confirm the departure terminal and flight schedule with the airline before leaving for the airport.
• Tourists must not behave in a manner that causes distress or inconvenience to co-travelers or creates danger or risk of damage to the property of the Company, co-travelers, or others. In such situations, they may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company will not be liable for any such person.
• Tourists are required to communicate with the TAI representative at the appointed date, place, and time.
• Tourists who fail to communicate on time will be treated as no-shows. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for any unused services.
• Please carry valid photo identity cards during travel and for hotel check-in formalities.
• It is mandatory to carry proof of age for all tourists including children (2 to 11 years) and infants (below 2 years) along with other travel documents.
• No infant seat is provided in the airline.
• Airfares and taxes are calculated as of the date mentioned and any increase in taxes or airfares will be borne by the tourist.
• Any itinerary posted on the website serves solely as a proposed holiday outline.
• If there is any price change, we will communicate this to you. Further steps will be taken only upon receiving your confirmation.
• No refunds will be provided if you do not join the group at the beginning of the tour, join the group later, or leave the group before the conclusion of the tour for any reason.
• Room categories the hotels at all places are base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Room allocation (twin bed/double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
• Final confirmation of rooms in the proposed hotel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the discretion of the hotel. Payment for early check-in and late check-out must be settled directly with the hotel by the tourist.
• Tourists' cooperation is requested and appreciated in maintaining the check-out timings as per hotel policy.
• If an extra bed is required for children below 12 years, additional adult charges are applicable.
• The cost of additional services availed by the tourist, which are not part of the package, must be settled directly with the hotel.
• Buffet meals will be provided at a fixed venue decided by the hotel. Tourists are required to follow the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Buffet timings can be checked at the time of hotel check-in.
• The hotel reserves the right to claim any damages caused by tourists during their stay.
• No refund or compensation will be provided for unutilized services.
• Tourists should get a complete briefing about the tour package from TAI before or after booking to avoid any confusion.
• Tourists are requested to take care of their personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
• TAI will not be liable for death or injury to the tourist due to any pre-existing medical condition, accident etc.
• TAI will not be responsible for any changes in flight/train timings, diversions, or cancellations by the airline/railway. If such changes affect the sightseeing/itinerary, tourists need to accommodate accordingly.
• TAI reserves the right to change the itinerary and timings according to the feasibility of the package.
• Sightseeing of all the places is subject to time availability.
• Tariffs are subject to change.
• Cancellation charges as per company policy.
• TAI will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to any natural or social calamities.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

To assist you with the cancellation process, please send an email to [email protected]. Include your Booking Confirmation Number and specify the package you wish to cancel. Below are the cancellation rules that apply:

1. Please be advised that a request for a name change will be treated as a new booking. Confirmation will be subject to availability. Kindly note that all confirmed bookings are non-transferable and will incur applicable cancellation charges.
2. Travel itineraries are planned well in advance. We reserve the right to modify programs or cancel packages due to operational requirements or unforeseen conditions. While most changes would be minor, there may be occasions necessitating significant alterations, such as changes to destination, date, or package timing. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and offer the following options:
   1.  Accepting the modified arrangements, or
   2.  Cancelling the booking and receiving a refund of the payment made to us. Please note that there will be no refund for accommodation, airline tickets/train tickets, excursions, or any additional services.
3. In the event of a 'force majeure' situation necessitating cancellation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for payments made to us or reimburse any additional expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation or change. 
4. "If you will be eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed by the mode payment has been received. You will receive the payment within 5-7 business days."

SURCHARGES:

The prices displayed are based on known costs and airfare at the time of launching the tour. TAI does not anticipate needing to make any changes. However, in the event of unforeseen increases in national or local taxation, or due to factors beyond our control, TAI reserves the right to impose a surcharge or revise the tour cost.
