  •     - Mineral water
  •     - Food and drinks outside the provided meals
• All types of tips to drivers, guides, representatives, etc.
• Any deviation from the planned itinerary may incur additional charges.
• Fees for tour guide services are not included unless specified.
• Any service not specified in the inclusions list is not covered by the package.
• TAI will not be responsible for emergencies such as landslides, strike, curfews, accidents, injuries, delayed or cancelled flights/ trains, etc.

Terms & Conditions:

• Post Paid phone is mandatory as prepaid phones do not work in Jammu & Katra.
• The darshan of Mata Vaishno Devi is subject to the policies of the local administration.
• TAI will not be responsible if the darshan of Mata Rani is not completed due to unforeseen circumstances.
• Tourists are required to strictly follow the tour schedule.
• Tourists must not behave in a manner that causes distress or inconvenience to co-travelers or creates danger or risk of damage to the property of the Company, co-travelers, or others. In such situations, they may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company will not be liable for any such person.
• Tourists are required to communicate with the TAI representative at the appointed date, place, and time.
• Tourists who fail to communicate on time will be treated as no-shows. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for any unused services.
• Please carry valid photo identity cards during travel and for hotel check-in formalities.
• It is mandatory to carry proof of age for children (2 to 11 years) and infants (below 2 years) along with other travel documents.
• No refunds will be provided if you do not join the group at the beginning of the tour, join the group later, or leave the group before the conclusion of the tour for any reason.
• Room categories the hotels at all places are base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Room allocation (twin bed/double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
• Final confirmation of rooms in the proposed hotel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the discretion of the hotel. Payment for early check-in and late check-out must be settled directly with the hotel by the tourist.
• Tourists' cooperation is requested and appreciated in maintaining the check-out timings as per hotel policy.
• If an extra bed is required for children below 12 years, additional adult charges are applicable.
• The cost of additional services availed by the tourist, which are not part of the package, must be settled directly with the hotel.
• Buffet meals will be provided at a fixed venue decided by the hotel. Tourists are required to follow the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Buffet timings can be checked at the time of hotel check-in.
• The hotel reserves the right to claim any damages caused by tourists during their stay.
• No refund or compensation will be provided for unutilized services.
• Tourists should get a complete briefing about the tour package from TAI before or after booking to avoid any confusion.
• Tourists are requested to take care of their personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
• TAI will not be liable for death or injury to the tourist due to any pre-existing medical condition, accident etc.
• Taxes are calculated as of the mentioned date. Any increase in taxes will be borne by the tourist.
• TAI will not be responsible for any changes in flight/train timings, diversions, or cancellations by the airline/railway. If such changes affect the sightseeing/itinerary, tourists need to accommodate accordingly.
• TAI reserves the right to change the itinerary and timings according to the feasibility of the package.
• Sightseeing of all the places is subject to time availability.
• Tariffs are subject to change.
• Cancellation charges as per company policy.
• TAI will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to any natural or social calamities.

Cancellation & Refund Policy:

To assist you with the cancellation process, please send an email to [email protected]. Include your Booking Confirmation Number and specify the package you wish to cancel. Below are the cancellation rules that apply:

Terms and Conditions:

Tourists should strictly adhere to the timings and instructions; failing to do so will absolve TAI of any responsibility for the missing of any service, including darshan and return train.

If tourists miss the transport arranged by TAI at any location, they must reach the next destination mentioned in the itinerary on their own.

The cancellation of darshan due to situations beyond the control of TAI, including peak rush during festivals, refunds will be provided only for the missed services. No refund will be given if any service, including darshan, is voluntarily skipped by the tourist. Additionally, no refund will be made for the missing of any service, including darshan, due to the negligence of tourists.
"If you will be eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed by the mode payment has been received. You will receive the payment within 5-7 business days."

TAI is not liable for the missing of one or more services as per the itinerary due to the late running of trains.
