Varanasi-

Located on the banks of the Ganges River also known as Banaras or Kashi, is a city steeped in legends, spirituality, and cultural richness. Varanasi is famous for its extensive ghats, which are steps leading down to the river where pilgrims perform religious bathing. These ghats are lined with a series of shrines, temples, and palaces that rise majestically above the water's edge, creating a captivating and sacred landscape.

Among the city's numerous temples, the most visited include:

Vishwanath Temple: Dedicated to Lord Shiva, this temple is one of the most revered and is a focal point for Hindu worshippers.
Sankatmochan Temple: This temple is dedicated to God Hanuman and is a popular site for those seeking to alleviate their troubles and sorrows.
Maa Durga Temple: Dedicated to Maa Durga, this temple attracts devotees who come to seek the blessings of the goddess.

Varanasi has long been considered the ultimate pilgrimage destination for Hindus. It is believed that dying in Varanasi grants one salvation (moksha) and liberation from the cycle of birth and rebirth (samsara). The sacred waters of the Ganges River in Varanasi are thought to have the power to wash away the sins of humankind, making the city a focal point for religious and spiritual activities.

Prayagraj-

Prayagraj (formerly Allahabad) is a city of remarkable cultural and historical significance, showcasing a rich tapestry of architectural styles from the Maratha, Mughal, Holkar, and British eras. Notable examples of its architectural heritage include the Chhatris, Laal Bagh Palace, and Kanch Mandir. The city is also renowned for the Triveni Sangam, the sacred confluence of the Ganges, Yamuna, and the "invisible" Saraswati rivers, which hold profound religious significance for Hindus.

The importance of Prayagraj in ancient Indian history, particularly during the Buddhist period, is evidenced by the inscriptions on a pillar attributed to the 3rd-century-BCE Mauryan emperor Ashoka. This pillar, originally erected in a nearby locality, was relocated to Prayagraj during the Mughal era and now stands at the entrance to the old Prayagraj fort. This fort is strategically situated at the confluence of the two rivers, further enhancing the city's historical prominence.

Ayodhya-

Ayodhya is a city situated on the banks of the sacred Saryu River in the Indian state of Uttar Pradesh. Ayodhya, also known as Saket, is an ancient city in India, the birthplace of Lord Shri Ram. Ayodhya is a city of temples and is an important pilgrim place for Hindus in India. Though the Ram Mandir is prominent, Ayodhya is also home to Hanuman Garhi, a temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman. The city is also home to many historical and pilgrimage sites that belong to the Jain and Buddhist religions.

Day-1

You will be picked up from Varanasi Railway Station or Airport. Following this, you will check in at the hotel. In the evening, you will attend the Ganga Aarti, after which you will enjoy dinner and spend the night at the hotel in Varanasi.

Varanasi

Day-2

In the early morning, you will visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Annapurna Temple, Vishalakshi Temple, Kal Bhairav Temple, Durga Mandir, and Sankat Mochan. After your visit, you will return to the hotel for breakfast.

In the afternoon, you will proceed for sightseeing in Sarnath, where Gautama Buddha delivered his first sermon to his five disciples after attaining enlightenment. Key places to see in Sarnath include the Dhamekh Stupa, Dharmarajika Stupa, Ashokan Pillar, votive stupas, ancient Buddhist monasteries, and the Sarnath Museum. You will also visit the silk weaving area. Dinner and night stay at the hotel in Varanasi.

Day-3

In the early morning, after breakfast, you will check out from the hotel and proceed to Prayagraj. Upon arrival, you will check in to your tent accommodation. After some rest and freshen up, you will enjoy lunch. Later, you will visit the Triveni Sangam and, in the evening, explore various akharas (ascetic groups) to observe their ceremonies. Dinner and night stay in your tent accommodation.

Day-4

In the early morning, you will have the opportunity to witness the rituals. After breakfast, you will check out from tent accommodation and proceed to Ayodhya. Upon arrival in Ayodhya, you will check in to your hotel, where you may take some time to rest and freshen up. In the evening, you will attend the Saryu Aarti, followed by dinner and night stay at the hotel in Ayodhya.

Day-5

In the early morning, after breakfast, check-out from the hotel, you will proceed to visit the Ram Lalla Temple, Kanak Bhawan, and Hanuman Mandir. Following your visit, you will be dropped off at the Ayodhya Railway Station or Airport.

Terms & Conditions- Tent accommodation:

The check-in time is 12:00 PM, and the check-out time is 10:00 AM.
GST will be implemented as per the prevailing rules.
For triple occupancy, any individual aged 6 years or older will incur an additional charge (including a mattress).
All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and will be charged as per the prevailing rates.
In the event of cancellation of flight, train, or any other mode of transportation, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
On the early arrival at Tent City, they may pay an additional early check-in charge if rooms are available. If rooms are not available, guests will need to wait until the prescribed check-in time.
Any incidental, personal, or other expenses, including the cost of items not specified or mentioned in the inclusions, will be borne by the guest.
The management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Guests are required to take care of their own luggage and belongings. Those carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptops, electronic devices, photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, artwork, precious metals, or similar items will take care of their own items.
The provided itinerary is indicative and may be subject to change depending on circumstances or improvements to the product, at the sole discretion of the management.
All rooms are designated as non-smoking areas in accordance with the in-house rules.
Guests will have to adhere to the house rules and applicable laws to the land.
The management reserves the right to cancel reservations without prior notice in the event of a Central or State Government event, meeting, visit, or any unforeseen natural calamities. In such cases, alternative arrangements may be provided.
Pets are not permitted within the Tent City. Additionally, the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited at the premises.
Due to unavoidable circumstances like COVID-19, if we need to shut down the property by government guidelines/rules, we would not be liable for the refund of your accommodation charges of Kumbh Tent City. We are also not liable for any refund of the transportation/travel expenses.
Any disputes arising from the above terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of Varanasi.
The management reserves the right to deny or accept the booking.

Terms & Conditions:

Tourists are required to strictly follow the tour schedule.
Tourists must not behave in a manner that causes distress or inconvenience to co-travelers or creates danger or risk of damage to the property of the Company, co-travelers, or others. In such situations, they may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company will not be liable for any such person.
Tourists are required to communicate with the TAI representative at the appointed date, place, and time.
Tourists who fail to communicate on time will be treated as no-shows. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for any unused services.
Please carry valid photo identity cards during travel and for hotel check-in formalities.
It is mandatory to carry proof of age for children (2 to 11 years) and infants (below 2 years) along with other travel documents.
No refunds will be provided if you do not join the group at the beginning of the tour, join the group later, or leave the group before the conclusion of the tour for any reason.
Room categories the hotels at all places are base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
Room allocation (twin bed/double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
Final confirmation of rooms in the proposed hotel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the discretion of the hotel. Payment for early check-in and late check-out must be settled directly with the hotel by the tourist.
Tourists' cooperation is requested and appreciated in maintaining the check-out timings as per hotel policy.
If an extra bed is required for children below 12 years, additional adult charges are applicable.
The cost of additional services availed by the tourist, which are not part of the package, must be settled directly with the hotel.
Buffet meals will be provided at a fixed venue decided by the hotel. Tourists are required to follow the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Buffet timings can be checked at the time of hotel check-in.
The hotel reserves the right to claim any damages caused by tourists during their stay.
No refund or compensation will be provided for unutilized services.
Tourists should get a complete briefing about the tour package from TAI before or after booking to avoid any confusion.
Tourists are requested to take care of their personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
TAI will not be liable for death or injury to the tourist due to any pre-existing medical condition, accident etc.
Taxes are calculated as of the mentioned date. Any increase in taxes will be borne by the tourist.
TAI will not be responsible for any changes in flight/train timings, diversions, or cancellations by the airline/railway. If such changes affect the sightseeing/itinerary, tourists need to accommodate accordingly.
