Terms & Conditions- Tent accommodation:

• The check-in time is 12:00 PM, and the check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• GST will be implemented as per the prevailing rules.
• For triple occupancy, any individual aged 6 years or older will incur an additional charge (including a mattress).
• All rates are exclusive of applicable taxes and will be charged as per the prevailing rates.
• In the event of cancellation of flight, train, or any other mode of transportation, the booking amount will be non-refundable.
• On the early arrival at Tent City, they may pay an additional early check-in charge if rooms are available. If rooms are not available, guests will need to wait until the prescribed check-in time.
• Any incidental, personal, or other expenses, including the cost of items not specified or mentioned in the inclusions, will be borne by the guest.
• The management is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings. Guests are required to take care of their own luggage and belongings. Those carrying valuables such as fragile items, money, jewellery, silverware, cameras, laptops, electronic devices, photographic equipment, antiques, artifacts, artwork, precious metals, or similar items will take care of their own items.
• The provided itinerary is indicative and may be subject to change depending on circumstances or improvements to the product, at the sole discretion of the management.
• All rooms are designated as non-smoking areas in accordance with the in-house rules.
• Guests will have to adhere to the house rules and applicable laws to the land.
• The management reserves the right to cancel reservations without prior notice in the event of a Central or State Government event, meeting, visit, or any unforeseen natural calamities. In such cases, alternative arrangements may be provided.
• Pets are not permitted within the Tent City. Additionally, the consumption of alcohol is strictly prohibited at the premises.
• Due to unavoidable circumstances like COVID-19, if we need to shut down the property by government guidelines/rules, we would not be liable for the refund of your accommodation charges of Kumbh Tent City. We are also not liable for any refund of the transportation/travel expenses.
• Any disputes arising from the above terms and conditions will be subject to the jurisdiction of Varanasi.
• The management reserves the right to deny or accept the booking.

Terms & Conditions-Package:

• Tourists are required to strictly follow the tour schedule.
• Tourists must not behave in a manner that causes distress or inconvenience to co-travelers or creates danger or risk of damage to the property of the Company, co-travelers, or others. In such situations, they may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company will not be liable for any such person.
• Tourists are required to communicate with the TAI representative at the appointed date, place, and time.
• Tourists who fail to communicate on time will be treated as no-shows. No refunds will be provided under any circumstances for any unused services.
• Please carry valid photo identity cards during travel and for hotel check-in formalities.
• It is mandatory to carry proof of age for children (2 to 11 years) and infants (below 2 years) along with other travel documents.
• No refunds will be provided if you do not join the group at the beginning of the tour, join the group later, or leave the group before the conclusion of the tour for any reason.
• Room categories the hotels at all places are base category rooms unless stated otherwise.
• Room allocation (twin bed/double bed) is at the discretion of the hotel.
• Final confirmation of rooms in the proposed hotel is subject to availability at the time of booking.
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to the discretion of the hotel. Payment for early check-in and late check-out must be settled directly with the hotel by the tourist.
• Tourists' cooperation is requested and appreciated in maintaining the check-out timings as per hotel policy.
• If an extra bed is required for children below 12 years, additional adult charges are applicable.
• The cost of additional services availed by the tourist, which are not part of the package, must be settled directly with the hotel.
• Buffet meals will be provided at a fixed venue decided by the hotel. Tourists are required to follow the standard buffet timings observed by the hotels. Buffet timings can be checked at the time of hotel check-in.
• The hotel reserves the right to claim any damages caused by tourists during their stay.
• No refund or compensation will be provided for unutilized services.
• Tourists should get a complete briefing about the tour package from TAI before or after booking to avoid any confusion.
• Tourists are requested to take care of their personal belongings and avoid leaving them unattended.
• TAI will not be liable for death or injury to the tourist due to any pre-existing medical condition, accident etc.
• Taxes are calculated as of the mentioned date. Any increase in taxes will be borne by the tourist.
• TAI will not be responsible for any changes in flight/train timings, diversions, or cancellations by the airline/railway. If such changes affect the sightseeing/itinerary, tourists need to accommodate accordingly.
• TAI reserves the right to change the itinerary and timings according to the feasibility of the package.
• Sightseeing of all the places is subject to time availability.
• Tariffs are subject to change.
• Cancellation charges as per company policy.
• TAI will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused due to any natural or social calamities.

Cancellation Policy- 

1. Any changes to the booking date will result in the cancellation of the booking without any refund.
2. Please exercise caution when making your booking, as a confirmed booking cannot be canceled and no refund will be issued.
