2. Medium Boat
   Price: ₹ 3,500* + GST
   Capacity: 1-10 Persons
   Suitable for medium-sized groups, this boat offers a balance of comfort and space. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, the medium boat provides a great way to explore the ghats together while enjoying the scenic beauty of Varanasi.
3. Large Boat
   Price: ₹ 6,500* + GST
   Capacity: 1-20 Persons
   Ideal for larger groups or corporate outings, the large boat provides plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy the sights. With the capacity to hold up to 20 passengers, it's perfect for group events, cultural tours, or special gatherings.
4. Bajaraa (Double Storey Boat)

   Capacity: 1-40 Persons

Terms and Conditions

• Weather and Safety:
  • The boat ride is subject to weather conditions. In case of bad weather or unsafe river conditions, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the ride. Full refunds will be provided in case of cancellations due to weather.
  • Life jackets are mandatory and provided for every passenger. It is essential to wear them throughout the ride for safety purposes.
  • The boat operator reserves the right to refuse service to anyone behaving in a disruptive or unsafe manner.
     
• Passenger Guidelines:
  • Please arrive at the boarding point at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure.
  • Wearing life jackets is mandatory throughout the ride for all passengers.
  • All guests are expected to respect the cultural and religious significance of the river and the ghats.
  • Smoking, alcohol consumption, and littering are strictly prohibited on the boat.
     
• Liability:
  • We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings during the boat ride.
  • While all safety precautions are taken, passengers undertake the boat ride at their own risk. We are not liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur.
     
• Group Tours and Private Bookings:
  • Group tours are subject to a minimum number of participants. We will notify you in advance if the minimum number is not met.
  • Private bookings offer flexibility in timing, and guests can customize their tour experience as per their preferences.

     • If you reschedule an activity and later decide to cancel it, our refund policy will apply based on the original booking date.
2. Refund Process:
   • To request a refund, contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide your booking details and a brief explanation for the refund.
   • Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or denial.
   • If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Non-Refundable Situations:
   • Certain situations are non-refundable, including:
     • No-shows or late arrivals.
     • Activities that have already started.
     • Customized or personalized experiences.

Rescheduling Policy:

1. Rescheduling Requests:
   • We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your booked adventure activity, please notify 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
   • Rescheduling requests can be made via email or phone.
   • Provide your booking reference and the preferred new date and time for the activity.
2. Rescheduling Conditions:
   • Rescheduling is subject to availability. We recommend requesting changes well in advance.
   • Depending on the activity type and availability, rescheduling may incur additional fees.
   • If the rescheduled date falls within a different pricing period (e.g., peak season), the price difference will apply.
3. Late Rescheduling:
   • If you request rescheduling within a specified time frame before the scheduled activity (e.g., 24 hours), we’ll do our best to accommodate.
   • Late rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations (see our Cancellation Policy).
4. Refunds for Rescheduled Activities:
   • If you reschedule an activity and later decide to cancel it, our refund policy will apply based on the original booking date.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellation Process:
   • If you need to cancel your booking, notify us before scheduled activity (e.g., 24 hours),
   • Cancellation requests can be made via email or phone.
   • Please provide your booking reference and a reason for cancellation.
2. Activity-Specific Cancellations:
   • Some activities may have specific cancellation policies due to external factors (e.g., weather conditions, permits, and group size).
   • Check the activity details for any additional guidelines.
3. Refunds for Cancelled Activities:
   • If we cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, or safety concerns), a full refund will be issued.
   • Refunds for canceled activities will follow the terms outlined in our refund policy.
   • 100% Refund: If cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled activity
   • 90% Refund: If cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled activity
   • 0% Refund: If cancelled after 24 hours before the scheduled activity

Terms and Conditions:

1. Please be advised that a request for a name change will be treated as a new booking. Confirmation will be subject to availability. Kindly note that all confirmed bookings are non-transferable and will incur applicable cancellation charges.
2. Travel itineraries are planned well in advance. We reserve the right to modify programs or cancel packages due to operational requirements or unforeseen conditions. While most changes would be minor, there may be occasions necessitating significant alterations, such as changes to destination, date, or package timing. In such cases, we will promptly notify you and offer the following options:
   1. Accepting the modified arrangements, or
   2.  Cancelling the booking and receiving a refund of the payment made to us. Please note that there will be no refund for accommodation, excursions, transport, or any additional services.
3. In the event of a 'force majeure' situation necessitating cancellation, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide refunds for payments made to us or reimburse any additional expenses incurred as a result of the cancellation or change.
