Terms and Conditions: 

• Please be advised that it is mandatory to book your pick-up and drop-off (cab service) from and to the railway station, airport, or bus station at least 12 hours in advance. The payment for this service is non-refundable.
• A booking confirmation will be sent via email or WhatsApp upon completion of an online travel booking. If you do not receive the confirmation due to network issues or any other reason, please contact us by phone or email.
• The vehicle booked will be subject to availability.
• TAI will not be held responsible for any miscommunication resulting from incorrect contact details provided by the customer during the booking process. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all contact information is accurate. 
• Please notify us as soon as possible of any changes to booking details. Please note that changes are subject to availability and feasibility.
• Customers will have to pay additional charges for additional distance traveled. Any unscheduled changes will also result in additional charges.
• Night charges will apply from 8:00 PM until 6:00 AM.
• The Company cannot be held liable for delays, losses, or damages suffered by passengers due to traffic congestion or circumstances beyond our control.
• The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, death, or physical injury incurred by passengers while using our services.
• In the event of mechanical failure or omission, we require time to replace the vehicle. However, if customers arrange their own transportation, we will charge up to the point of the incident.
• Any complaints should be reported immediately for prompt resolution. Complaints made after service utilization will not be entertained.
• We do not take responsibility for any luggage or personal belongings left in the vehicle by the customer. Customers are advised to check their belongings before leaving the vehicle.
• If any damage/breakage is done by the customer, must be paid by the customer. 
• The Company accepts various payment methods for customer convenience, as explained during the booking process.
• Ensuring customer safety is our top priority. Customers are required to adhere to safety guidelines to ensure a secure and reliable travel experience.
• Any legal dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of Varanasi only.

*Note-

• All Cab/Bus booked for the circuit (Varanasi, Prayagraj, and Ayodhya) will operate within the designated locations, additional charges will be levied outside these locations. 
• Toll Tax, parking charges, and government taxes as per actual.
• The tariff will be subject to change at the festivals or due to other reasons.
