Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Kashi Darshan Bus Seva (KDBS).
By purchasing a ticket and boarding the bus, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all tourists/passengers using Kashi Darshan Bus Seva (KDBS).
By purchasing a ticket and boarding the KDBS, the passenger agrees to abide by these terms.
The VCTSL/TAI authority reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
2. Booking and Tickets
Tickets will be booked through the online mode.
The child's ticket does not guarantee seat confirmation. To reserve a seat, the full fare will be applicable.
Tourists must carry a valid photo ID while traveling.
Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented for inspection when requested.
Entry Fees at museum will be bear by tourist/passengers himself.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
If VCTSL/TAI authorities do not operate the bus (Morning Trip or Evening Trip) for any reason, then the full ticket amount will be refunded, or an option to reschedule the trip.
The VCTSL/TAI authority reserves the right to cancel the trip if the number of bookings will be 5 or less. In such cases, the amount will be fully refunded.

The amount is non-refundable in case of natural calamities, unforeseen events, or directives issued by the local administration.
Boat services will be suspended during the monsoon season in compliance with guidelines issued by the local administration. All other services except boat ride will operate as per the scheduled timings, and no refunds will be applicable during this period.
In the event of any mechanical failure, an alternative bus will be arranged. Passengers are expected to wait patiently during this time. All scheduled services will be provided, and no refunds will be issued under these circumstances.
If the Sugam Darshan Pass at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple is suspended, rescheduled, or cancelled due to VIP movement, unforeseen circumstances or any other reason beyond the control, VCTSL/TAI will not be held responsible, and no refund will be issued.
If it so happens that darshan to other temples mentioned in the itinerary will be restricted due to orders of local administration or for any other reason, VCTSL/TAI will not be responsible, and no refund will be issued.
4. Luggage Policy
One small bag is allowed per tourist. Tourists are fully responsible for their belongings; VCTSL/TAI is not liable.
5. Conduct on Board
Tourists must follow the safety instructions provided by the escort/driver.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the bus.
Passengers causing disturbances may be asked to disembark without any refund.
6. Delays and Liability
The VCTSL/TAI is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, route diversion, or government restrictions.
Tourists/Passengers must reach the boarding point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus will leave on time and won't wait for late arrivals.
7. Health and Safety
Passengers with any pre-existing health conditions are required to notify the authority in advance.
The VCTSL/TAI authority is not responsible for medical emergencies occurring during transit.
Basic first aid is available on the bus, but tourists are advised to carry their own medicines.
8. Escort
Tourists must remain with the group unless otherwise instructed.
Escort may change itineraries due to local conditions or timing.
Escort will be provided only on more than 5 bookings.
9. Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Varanasi court.
