These Terms and Conditions apply to all tourists/passengers using Daily Darshan Seva.

By purchasing a ticket and boarding the Daily Darshan Seva, the passenger agrees to abide by these terms.

The TAI reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.

Tickets will be booked through the online mode.

The child's ticket does not guarantee seat confirmation. To reserve a seat, the full fare will be applicable.

Tourists must carry a valid photo ID while traveling.

Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented for inspection when requested.

If TAI does not operate the tour for any reason, then an option to reschedule the trip or the full ticket amount will be refunded (within 5 working days).

The TAI reserves the right to cancel the trip if the number of bookings will be 3 or less. In such cases, reschedule trip/Full refund (within 5 working days).

Reschedule trip/Cancellation option but no refund.

No refund- Tourist/Passenger non-arrival or missed trips.

The amount is non-refundable in case of natural calamities, unforeseen events, or directives issued by the local administration.

In the event of any mechanical failure, an alternative vehicle will be arranged. Passengers are expected to wait patiently during this time. All scheduled services will be provided, and no refunds will be issued under these circumstances.

If it so happens that darshan to other temples mentioned in the itinerary will be restricted due to orders of local administration or for any other reason, TAI will not be responsible, and no refund will be issued.

Tourists are fully responsible for their belongings; TAI is not liable.

Tourists must follow the safety instructions provided by the escort/driver.

Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited inside the bus.

Passengers causing disturbances may be asked to disembark without any refund.

The TAI is not liable for delays due to traffic, weather, route diversion, or government restrictions.

Tourists/Passengers must reach the boarding point at least 5 minutes before the scheduled departure. The bus will leave on time and won't wait for late arrivals.

Passengers with any pre-existing health conditions are required to notify TAI in advance.

The TAI is not responsible for medical emergencies occurring during transit.

Basic first aid is available on the vehicle, but tourists are advised to carry their own medicines.

Tourists must remain with the group unless otherwise instructed.

Escort may change itineraries due to local conditions or timing.

Escort will be provided only for more than 8 Passengers.

Boat services will be suspended during monsoon season as per local administration guidelines. Other services will continue, and no refunds will be applicable.

In case of mechanical failure, an alternative bus will be arranged. Passengers must wait patiently; no refunds will be issued.

If darshan at temples is restricted due to orders of local administration or other reasons, TAI will not be responsible, and no refund will be issued.
