Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before joining the Kashi Heritage Walk. By booking and participating in the walk, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. General & Safety
These Terms and Conditions apply to all tourists using Kashi Heritage Walk (KHW).
Safety First: Tourists must follow safety instructions. TAI reserves the right to deny service to intoxicated or unruly tourists.
Health: This walk is physically demanding and is not suitable for medically unfit senior citizens or children below 5 years.
Prohibitions: Strictly NO SMOKING / NO ALCOHOL during the walk or inside temple premises.
The Secretary, Mahotsav Samiti, Varanasi / TAI authority reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice.
Tourists must follow the safety instructions provided by the escort/guide.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, and use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited during the heritage walk and inside temple
premises.
Tourists causing disturbances may be asked to leave without any refund.
Tourists must follow the rules and regulations instructed by each temple.
2. Booking and Tickets
Tickets will be booked through online mode only.
This heritage walk is only for adults and not suitable for medically unfit senior citizens or children below 5 years.
Tourists must carry a valid photo ID while participating.
Tickets are non-transferable and must be presented when requested.
3. Self Declaration & Liability Waiver
I fully understand and accept that No refund will be provided for the unused portion of the heritage walk package, including guide
services, entrance fees, refreshments, transport, or any other included services. The decision to leave the package midway is entirely my own and voluntary, without any pressure, coercion, or
dissatisfaction with the services provided by the tour operator or guide.
I confirm that I am in good health and sound mind, and I take full responsibility for my personal safety, and travel arrangements from the point of exit onwards.
I hereby release and discharge Tour Assistance India, its staff, guides, partners, and associates from any liability, claim, loss,
injury, accident, or inconvenience that may occur after I leave the heritage walk package. .
I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms and conditions of the heritage walk package at the time of booking, and I
acknowledge that this self-declaration is being provided voluntarily.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Operator Cancellation: Full refund will be provided if TAI cancels the trip.
Tourist Cancellation: No refund will be provided if cancelled by the tourist.
Force Majeure: 50% refund in case of natural calamities or government/administrative directives.
VIP Movement: If Aarti is cancelled due to VIP movement, 50% of the total amount will be refunded.
5. Temple Rules & Restrictions
मंदिर परिसर में मोबाइल, कैमरा, पेन, डिजिटल घड़ी, इलेक्ट्रॉनिक चाभी तथा अन्य इलेक्ट्रॉनिक वस्तुएँ ले जाना पूर्णतः वर्जित है।
Mobile phones, cameras, pens, electronic watches, tobacco, paan, cigarettes, and any other electronic or prohibited items are
strictly not allowed inside the temple premises.
