Tourists are required to strictly follow the tour schedule, reporting times, pickup timings, and instructions provided by the TAI representative.

Tourists must behave responsibly and respectfully during temple visits, sightseeing, boat activities, and religious ceremonies.

Any tourist whose behaviour causes inconvenience, distress, danger, or disruption to co-travellers, staff, religious activities, or boat operations may be removed from the activity without refund.

Tourists must remain available on the contact number provided at the time of booking and communicate with the TAI representative as required.

Tourists must report at the designated pickup point at the scheduled time.

Failure to report or communicate within the scheduled time will be treated as a no-show. No refund will be provided for missed or unused services due to late arrival or no-show.

Tourists must carry a valid government-issued photo identity document during the tour and for hotel and temple-related requirements.

Original identity documents may be required for verification at Shri Kashi Vishwanath Temple and other religious places.

Entry, Darshan, Puja and other temple services are subject to the rules, security procedures, and operational decisions of the concerned temple authorities.

VIP Darshan and Rudrabhishek are subject to temple authority rules, security regulations, availability, and operational conditions.

Rudrabhishek Samagri is not included unless specifically mentioned in the package inclusions.

Special Puja, Darshan, rituals, offerings, or other temple services not specifically mentioned in the package are chargeable separately.

TAI shall not be responsible for restrictions, changes, delays, or denial of entry imposed by temple authorities or security agencies.

The Dev Deepawali experience will be conducted aboard a traditionally decorated Bajra Boat or another suitable boat arranged by TAI, subject to operational availability.

Boat departure and return timings may be changed due to river conditions, weather, crowd management, government regulations, security restrictions, or instructions from local authorities.

Tourists must strictly follow the instructions of the boat crew, TAI representative, and security personnel.

Children must remain under the supervision of their accompanying adults throughout the boat experience.

Boat operations are subject to safety regulations and permissions issued by the competent authorities.

Diya Lighting Ceremony and Maa Ganga Pooja will be conducted as per the arrangements and operational schedule of the Dev Deepawali programme.

The sequence, timing, location, or duration of religious activities may change due to crowd control, security, weather, or instructions from local authorities.

Tourists are required to maintain appropriate behaviour and respect the religious and cultural significance of the ceremonies.

The package includes 02 nights accommodation in a 3-Star Hotel in Varanasi.

Room allocation is subject to hotel availability and hotel policy.

The package operates on MAP Meal Plan, including Breakfast and Dinner only.

Any additional food, beverages, room service, minibar, laundry, or other hotel services will be charged separately.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and policy and may involve additional charges payable by the tourist.

Airport/Railway Station pickup and drop and sightseeing transportation will be provided as specified in the itinerary.

Vehicle type and seating arrangements are subject to the confirmed booking and operational availability.

Sarnath sightseeing is subject to arrival time, traffic conditions, local restrictions, and operational feasibility.

Additional sightseeing, vehicle usage, or transportation beyond the fixed itinerary will be charged separately.

TAI reserves the right to modify the itinerary, sequence, timings, pickup points, sightseeing arrangements, or activity schedule when required for operational, safety, security, or administrative reasons.

During Dev Deepawali, Varanasi experiences exceptionally high tourist footfall and traffic restrictions. Delays and changes in movement may occur.

Any changes made due to government orders, police/security restrictions, weather, natural events, crowd control, or other circumstances beyond TAI's control will not be considered a service deficiency.

TAI shall not be responsible for delays, cancellations, restrictions, or changes caused by weather conditions, natural calamities, traffic restrictions, government orders, strikes, security restrictions, crowd control, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

TAI is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to tourists' personal belongings. Tourists are responsible for safeguarding their valuables.

Tourists are responsible for their own health, safety, and personal conduct during the tour and must follow all safety instructions.

Cancellation charges will apply as per the cancellation policy applicable to the package and booking.

No refund will be provided for unused services due to late arrival, no-show, early departure, or voluntary cancellation of any included service during the tour.

Any refund, where applicable, will be processed according to the applicable booking and cancellation policy.

Once the booking is confirmed, no cancellation, refund, or rescheduling will be permitted under any circumstances.

The policy applies even in cases of late arrival, no-show, change of travel plans, personal emergencies, illness, inability to travel, or any other personal reason.

The booking amount is non-refundable and non-transferable and is valid only for the date and time confirmed at the time of booking.

Confirmed bookings cannot be postponed, advanced, rescheduled, transferred to another date, or transferred to another person.

Any request for a change in travel date, passenger details, or booking arrangement will not be accepted once the booking is confirmed.

In the event that the Dev Deepawali programme, boat operation, temple visit, sightseeing, or any included activity is cancelled, restricted, suspended, or modified due to natural calamities, adverse weather, government restrictions, administrative orders, security restrictions, river conditions, crowd-control measures, safety advisories, strikes, or other circumstances beyond the control of TAI, no monetary refund will be provided.

TAI may, at its discretion and subject to availability, make reasonable alternative arrangements or modify the itinerary where operationally possible. Such arrangements will not constitute an entitlement to a refund.

No refund will be provided for any unused service, including accommodation, transportation, sightseeing, temple services, boat experience, meals, or other inclusions, if the tourist voluntarily chooses not to use the service.

No refund will be provided for services missed due to late arrival, failure to report at the designated time, no-show, or early departure.

Dev Deepawali is a high-footfall public event. Government authorities, police, temple authorities, district administration, or other competent authorities may impose restrictions on vehicle movement, boat operations, access to ghats, temple entry, sightseeing, or other activities. Such restrictions shall not make the booking eligible for a refund.

All payments made towards the package are considered committed against the confirmed booking and advance arrangements.

The booking amount cannot be transferred to another person, another package, another date, or another departure.
