• All bookings for the Dev Deepawali Boat Packages are confirmed only after full payment.
• Passengers are requested to arrive at the boat boarding point (Sant Ravidas Ghat) at least 30 minutes before the scheduled departure time.
• The boat timing and schedule may vary slightly depending on weather conditions, water levels, or local administration instructions.
• Seats are allotted on a first-come, first-served basis within the respective boat category.
• Smoking, alcohol consumption, or any inappropriate behavior on the boat is strictly prohibited.
• The management reserves the right to refuse entry or service to any guest found violating safety norms or disturbing other passengers.
• Guests must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the boat crew and coordinators.
• Tour Assistance India will not be responsible for any personal loss, injury, or damage to belongings during the journey.
• By proceeding with the booking, you acknowledge and accept all the terms and conditions listed above.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

• No Refund Policy: Once booked, no refund, cancellation, or rescheduling is permitted under any circumstances (including late arrival, personal emergencies, or change of plan).
• In case of natural calamity, government restrictions, or safety advisories, the event may be canceled, but no monetary refund will be provided.
• The booking amount is non-transferable and valid only for the date and time confirmed at booking.
