Tourists are required to strictly follow the tour schedule.

Tourists must not behave in a manner that causes distress or inconvenience to co-travelers or creates danger or risk of damage. Such individuals may be asked to leave the tour immediately. The Company will not be liable for them.

Tourists are required to communicate with the TAI representative at the appointed date, place, and time.

Failure to communicate on time will be treated as a no-show, and no refunds will be provided for unused services.

Carry valid photo identity cards during travel and for hotel check-in.

It is mandatory to carry proof of age for children (2–11 years) and infants (below 2 years).

No refunds will be provided if you do not join the group at the beginning, join later, or leave before the end of the tour.

Rooms are base category unless stated otherwise.

Room allocation (twin/double) is at the hotel’s discretion.

Final room confirmation is subject to availability at booking.

Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel policy and must be settled directly by the tourist.

Additional services not part of the package must be paid directly to the hotel.

If an extra bed is required for children below 12 years, additional charges apply.

Buffet meals are served at fixed venues and timings decided by the hotel.

TAI is not responsible for death or injury due to pre-existing medical conditions or accidents.

TAI is not liable for flight/train delays, diversions, or cancellations. Any impact on the itinerary will need to be managed by the tourist.

TAI will not be responsible for inconvenience due to natural or social calamities.

TAI reserves the right to modify the itinerary and timings.

Sightseeing is subject to time availability.

Tariffs are subject to change.

Cancellation charges apply as per company policy.

A request for a name change will be treated as a new booking. Confirmation will be subject to availability. All confirmed bookings are non-transferable and will incur applicable cancellation charges.

Travel itineraries are planned in advance. We reserve the right to modify programs or cancel packages due to operational requirements or unforeseen conditions. While most changes will be minor, significant changes such as destination, date, or timing may occur. In such cases, you will be notified promptly and offered the following options:

In the event of a force majeure situation necessitating cancellation, we regret that we are unable to provide refunds for payments made or reimburse additional expenses incurred.

If you are eligible for a refund, the amount will be processed via the same payment method used. You will receive the payment within 5–7 business days.
