      • The booking was made directly through our website.
      • The cancellation request is within the specified refund period (e.g., 48 hours before the scheduled activity).
      • If you reschedule an activity and later decide to cancel it, our refund policy will apply based on the original booking date.
  2. Refund Process:
    • To request a refund, contact our customer support team via email or phone. Provide your booking details and a brief explanation for the refund.
    • Our team will review your request and notify you of the approval or denial.
    • If approved, the refund will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.
  3. Non-Refundable Situations:
    • Certain situations are non-refundable, including:
      • No-shows or late arrivals.
      • Activities that have already started.
      • Customized or personalized experiences.
Rescheduling Policy
  1. Rescheduling Requests:
    • We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule your booked adventure activity, please notify 24 hours before the scheduled activity.
    • Rescheduling requests can be made via email or phone.
    • Provide your booking reference and the preferred new date and time for the activity.
  2. Rescheduling Conditions:
    • Rescheduling is subject to availability. We recommend requesting changes well in advance.
    • Depending on the activity type and availability, rescheduling may incur additional fees.
    • If the rescheduled date falls within a different pricing period (e.g., peak season), the price difference will apply.
  3. Late Rescheduling:
    • If you request rescheduling within a specified time frame before the scheduled activity (e.g., 24 hours), we’ll do our best to accommodate.
    • Late rescheduling requests may be treated as cancellations (see our Cancellation Policy).
  4. Refunds for Rescheduled Activities:
    • If you reschedule an activity and later decide to cancel it, our refund policy will apply based on the original booking date.

 

Cancellation Policy
  1. Cancellation Process:
    • If you need to cancel your booking, notify us before scheduled activity (e.g., 24 hours),
    • Cancellation requests can be made via email or phone.
    • Please provide your booking reference and a reason for cancellation.
  2. Activity-Specific Cancellations:
    • Some activities may have specific cancellation policies due to external factors (e.g., weather conditions, permits, and group size).
    • Check the activity details for any additional guidelines.
  3. Refunds for Cancelled Activities:
    • If we cancel an activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., extreme weather, or safety concerns), a full refund will be issued.
    • Refunds for canceled activities will follow the terms outlined in our refund policy.
    • 100% Refund: If cancelled 48 hours before the scheduled activity
    • 90% Refund: If cancelled 24 hours before the scheduled activity
    • 0% Refund: If cancelled after 24 hours before the scheduled activity
